The load-bearing structure of the Stretch Bench is produced in steel (60/10 thickness). The upper part of the bench and backrest are made in Okume hardwood of 45mm thickness. The backrest is cut with three-dimensional pantograph C.N.C which provides 2 shapes of 1700x80 mm. The seat in wood is fixed to the load-bearing structure through M6 screws.
To make the wooden backrest stronger, 2 solid elements in steel (60/10 thickness) have been fixed on the back. The base of the metal structure has 4 holes (12 m diam.) to be fixed to the ground through specific bolts.
2000 x 450 x Seat Height 450, Overall Height 730 mm
Okume timber wood is treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils.
Steel EN 10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. This helps to guarantee the protection of the painted products in an environment of C4 corrosion class. The products are polyester powder coated.
