The Rectangular Planter from Bellitalia's Protective Planters range pairs the practical function of a vehicle security barrier with the natural warmth of stone. Its modular rectangular form conceals a protective bollard core within a planting bed, letting security infrastructure sit discreetly within the streetscape rather than standing apart from it.

Suitable for public realm, commercial forecourts, and pedestrianised zones, the planter is available in a rated range from 1.5 to 7.2 tonnes at up to 50mph, giving specifiers a tested, engineered solution without compromising on landscape design.

Construction
Made from Reconstituted Precious Stones and Reconstituted Granite Stones, the planter is manufactured as a modular rectangular unit with an integrated base opening for aligning over a root-fixed bollard. Install the bollard in its designated position first, then use appropriate lifting equipment to hoist the planter into place, ensuring the base opening is properly aligned with the bollard.

Security Rating
Rated from 1.5 to 7.2 tonnes at speeds up to 50mph, with the 7.2 tonne / 50mph rating the strongest available specification. An engineered solution based on Bellitalia's current range of tested bollard cores.
