Construction
The frame is made from 30x20x2 mm Sendzimir galvanised steel tubing, with a base in 4 mm thick cold-galvanised sheet steel. Slats combine EN46100 die-cast aluminium with extruded aluminium, spaced at a 93 mm pitch (80 mm slat width with 13 mm gaps). The entire assembly is finished with polyester powder coating. Ground-fixing anchors are not supplied, though pre-fitted end caps are always included. Slat finishes can be specified independently of the bin structure's finish. The Liberty.080 collection has been tested to UNI EN ISO 9227:2024, successfully passing 600 hours of exposure in a salt spray chamber.

Wood-Effect Sublimation
Available on flat slats and wedge-shaped flat slats (for curved benches). Also available on slats with backrest, though slight aesthetic irregularities may occur in the sublimation pattern due to the more complex slat geometry. Cannot be applied to armrests, which are finished to match the structure.

Sustainability
Made in Italy from aluminium and galvanised steel, both 100% and infinitely recyclable. Easily replaceable components extend the bin's useful life and reduce waste, while compact, FSC-certified packaging and quick assembly help lower emissions. At end of life, disassemble the steel and aluminium components and take them to a metals recycling point.
