Warranty Certificate
from the producer to the customer
Valid for: 2 Years
1. Warranty Period
This warranty is provided by Metalco Active srl, Via della Fornace 44, 31023, Castelminio di Resana (TV), and is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the product. This Warranty Certificate exclusively refers to the Manufacturer’s warranty conditions towards the Customer.
The products are warranted by Metalco Active srl against defects resulting from manufacturing processes that may manifest within 24 months from the delivery date.
2. Conditions of Warranty Validity
The Customer loses their rights under this Warranty if the lack of conformity is not reported within two months of its discovery. For the Warranty to remain fully valid, the following conditions must be met:
- All installation and transportation operations must be carried out in strict compliance with the instructions provided.
- The product must be used and maintained in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations outlined in the user manual, including periodic maintenance operations.
3. Manufacturer’s Obligation to Address Defects
During the Warranty period, if a defect due to a manufacturing issue is confirmed, Metalco Active srl commits to addressing the issue by repairing, replacing, or supporting the defective component or product. The decision on whether to repair or replace the product or component rests solely with Metalco Active srl.
To request assistance, the Customer may contact Metalco Active srl at +39 0423 7863 or via email at info@myequilibria.com. Please note that any repair or replacement does not extend the original 24-month warranty period, which remains as outlined in Clause 1.
To expedite service, customers are requested to provide the following information when reporting a defect:
- Product type and model name
- Installation location
- Description of the defect, accompanied by photographic or video evidence
4. Geographic Scope of Warranty
This Warranty is valid globally.
5. Exclusion clauses
This Warranty does not cover interventions, repairs, or spare parts required due to the following:
- Failure to comply with the usage and maintenance instructions in the user manual
- Negligence, misuse, or improper care
- Incorrect installation
- Repairs or maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel, or the use of non-original spare parts
- Damage during transport or resulting from events outside the Manufacturer’s control (force majeure)
- Normal wear and tear or natural aging of parts, unless proven to be due to a manufacturing defect
- Corrosion caused by exposure to marine environments, including saltwater and sea spray, especially for products installed in proximity to coastlines, harbors, or other saline bodies of water, unless such damages are proven to be caused by manufacturing defects. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that appropriate protective measures, such as coatings or regular maintenance, are taken to mitigate the effects of corrosion in these environments.
If a Customer requests assistance for any of the above exclusions, the costs of repairs and any spare parts will be borne by the Customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Metalco Active srl assumes no liability for any damage, whether direct or indirect, to people, property, or animals, resulting from failure to comply with the instructions provided in the User Manual, particularly with respect to installation, usage, and maintenance of the products.
7. Warranty Expiration
This warranty expires 24 months after the date of product delivery. Once the Warranty has expired, this document will no longer be valid. However, MyEquilibria remains available for Customer support beyond the expiration of the Warranty.
Metalco Active Srl reserves the right to modify the dimensions and structure of its products at any time without prior notice in order to improve quality and durability. Photos, drawings and text are not contractual. For possible modifications or updates, please refer to the web site.
